The writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.06.2016 and to direct him to grant an emergency leave of 3 days to the elder brother of petitioner, namely, P.Muniyandi aged 32 years remand prisoner, Central Prison, Madurai.
