Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1, 3 and 4 herein to forthwith permit the petitioner herein to take back the petitioner's son Logathiraman to Australia (Passport No.PA 8008620 Tourist e-Visa No.90277204J) born on 13.02.2008 in Australia now on illegal extension by impersonation forging the signature of petitioner and consequently directing the respondents 5 and 6 herein to initiate criminal prosecution for committing impersonation of petitioner, forging his signature and for attaining maintenance unlawful based on forged documents making false declarations and representations before the respondents 1 to 6. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has taken the custody of his son subsequent to the filing of the Writ Petition and hence, nothing survives in the Writ Petition.

2. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
