Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time to surrender and execute the surety before the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tirunelveli as per the order passed by this Hon`ble court in Crl.O.P(MD) No. 12407 of 2021. Order : These petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.THALAIMUTHUARASU.G., Advocate for the petitioner in both petitions and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, GOVT. ADVOCATE (CRIMINAL SIDE) on behalf of the Respondent in both petitions the court made the following order:- These petitions have been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.12407 of 2021, dated 06.09.2021 and to extend the time to surrender and execute the surety before https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Crl.OP(MD)No.12407 of 2021 the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tirunelveli as per the order passed by this Court, in Crl.O.P(MD)No.12407 of 2021, dated 06.09.2021. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has underwent pile surgery in the private hospital namely, Gunasekaran Hospital Pvt. Ltd., Chennai, and he was discharged on 23.09.2021. After that, following treatment was given by the Dr.Karthik Gunasekaran. To that effect, he circulated a copy of the Discharge Summary. Since he was taking treatment in Chennai, he could not comply the condition before the respondent police, Tirunelveli. Hence, this petition.
3.Considering the above submission, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, once in 15 days at 10.30 a.m until further orders after returning to Tirunelveli, and time is extended for a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for furnishing sureties.
