ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 6 and 7.

2. The petitioner seeks issuance of patta based on the assignment order. In the petitioner's representation, there is a typographical error. The petitioner can ask for patta for the property covered by the assignment order. 2/4

3. In this view of the matter, the fourth respondent is directed to pass final order on the petition mentioned representation after notice to all the interested parties including the private respondent herein within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the fourth respondent to pass order one way or the other.
