This Criminal Original petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the case registered in FIR in Crime No.75 of 2020 and quash the same as illegal in so far as the petitioner herein is concerned.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No. 456 of 2021 and also filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai.
