ORDER

(Order of the court was delivered by G.R.Swaminathan, J.) Heard both sides.

2.The prayer in the writ petition is for grant of 21 days leave. The writ petition was filed in July 2024. The petitioner's husband / convict was granted leave on 18.09.2024. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that till date, the convict is very much on leave. Time has come for the convict to surrender. Vide order dated 16.10.2024, the petitioner's husband's leave was extended till 05.11.2024. The petitioner's husband / convict is directed to surrender by 05.11.2024 itself.
