This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed under section 397 R/w 401 CPC to call for the records and set aside the order passed by the learned Chief judicial Magistrate, Theni, in Crl.M.P.No.10093/2022 in Spl.C.No.01/2017, dated 08.06.2023

and set aside the same and thus render justice. ORDER :- This Petition coming upon for hearing on this day under the caption ''Extension of time for 'Lower Court' and upon perusing the earlier order dated 14/02/2024 and the requisition submitted by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Theni in D.No.1429/2025 dated 14/07/2025 seeking further three months time to dispose of the case in Spl.c.No.01 of 2017 this Court made the following order. 'By an order dated 14.02.2024, this Court directed the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Theni to dispose of Spl.C.No.1 of 2017, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of that order.

2. The learned Judge has submitted a letter, dated 14.07.2025, wherein, he has requested further extension of time to comply with the earlier order.
