This petition has been filed seeking quashment of proceedings in C.C.No. 551 of 2020 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Additional Mahila Court, Madurai.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the case in C.C.No.551 of 2020 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Additional Mahila Court, Madurai, has been ended in acquittal and nothing survives in this petition. Hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioners in this petition become infructuous.
