ORDER : The Court made the following order : The petitioner apprehending arrest for the offence punishable under Sections 379 IPC r/w 4(1)(1A) and 21(1) of Mines and Mineral (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 in Crime No.125 of 2021 on the file of the respondent Police seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The prosecution case is that the petitioner illegally transported 1 1⁄2 unit sand. Hence the complaint. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent submitted the petitioner has transported sand without any valid permission and he has also involved in three other previous cases, as follows:
