ORDER

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking for a direction to the respondent police to register a case based on the orders passed by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Ialayankudi, Sivagangai District in Crl.M.P.No.770/2020 dated 15.10.2020.

2.A perusal of the records, shows that the petitioner has filed a private complaint under Section 200 Cr.P.C before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ilayankudi, Sivagangai District and the same was forwarded to the police under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C for investigation and report. According to the petitioner, the police did not register any FIR till date.

3.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) takes notice on behalf of the respondent and would submit that the police registered First Information Report in Crime No.466 of 2020 and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
