ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 379 IPC and Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1956, in Crime No.212 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.This is the second anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner and the earlier petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) No.11391 of 2021 was dismissed on 19.08.2021 after elaborately considering the points raised by the petitioner. 3.Since the dismissal of the earlier petition, there is no change in circumstances in the case to consider the present petition. Hence this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
