(in both the petitions) For Petitioner : Mr.A.Balaji For Respondents : Mr.A.Baskaran Additional Government Pleader COMMON ORDER These petitions are filed by the petitioners seeking a direction to the respondents to survey the properties situated in Survey Nos.68/1, 71/7 and 70/9 in Aandarkottaram Village, Madurai East Taluk, Madurai District, by considering the petitioners' online application dated 27.05.2025.
2. Heard the arguments of Mr.A.Balaji, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government 2/6
Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both sides, these Writ Petitions are taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. According to the petitioners, the subject property in Survey Nos. 68/1 and 71/7 was purchased by the petitioner in W.P.(MD)No.18810 of 2025 under two sale deeds dated 02.07.2024 and 23.08.2024 and patta for the subject property was issued in the name of the petitioner in W.P. (MD)No.18810 of 2025 in Patta Nos.2532 and 2533. The subject property in Survey No.70/9 was purchased by the petitioner in W.P.(MD) No.18847 of 2025 under sale deed dated 03.11.2022 and patta for the subject property was issued in the name of the petitioner in W.P.(MD)No. 18847 of 2025 in Patta No.1792. They jointly filed an application before the official respondents on 27.05.2025 in application No.2025/0123/24/ 015868 seeking survey of the subject property. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioners have come before this Court.
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the online application submitted by the 3/6
petitioners dated 27.05.2025 will be considered on its own merits within the time stipulated by this Court.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the online application of the petitioners dated 27.05.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioners, neighboring land owners and other interested parties.
6. With the above direction, these Writ Petitions stand disposed of. No costs.
