Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner's electricity service connection was erroneously treated as commercial.

3. Now the learned standing counsel states that this mistake was set right and the petitioner's service connection is treated only under domestic category. The petitioner wants the respondents to refund the sum of Rs.1052/-. He is requested to give up this claim.
