ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the petitioner/defacto complainant in Cr.No.154 of 2026 on the file of 3rd respondent, seeking a direction to take effective steps to recover the petitioner's stolen two wheeler, based on his representation, dated 08.06.2026.

2. According to the learned Counsel for State of TN (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instructions submits that based on the representation of the petitioner, already FIR has been registered on 12.05.2026 and the same is under investigation and they will complete the investigation within a period of three months.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
