No.13/2 measuring an extent of 2 cents in Ulaganeri Village, Madurai District and consider the representation dated 26.06.2023 within the time stipulated by this Court. The petitioner claims that she is residing in S.No.13/2, 1/4

Ulaganeri Village, Madurai District for a very long time and has applied for grant of patta that she is landless poor. Since the application of the petitioner was not considered by the respondents, the petitioner is before this Court.

2.Mr.P.T.Thiraviam, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents on instructions submits that the petitioner's mother, namely, Karuppayee was residing in the subject property for a long time and a patta has already been issued by the Tahsildar in her favour in Patta No.15, to an extent of 0.00.27.0 sq.mtr, wherein the petitioner has already put up a construction. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition is closed.
