ORDER
The prayer of the writ petition is as follows: This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of Certiorari, to call for the records pertaining to the undated and unsigned demand notice issued to the petitioners by the respondents for their Assessment No.115/88906 and the consequential attachment notice dated 11.12.2017 issued by the respondent quash the same.
2.Heard M/s.L.Shaji Chellan, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.F.Deepak, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent. Carefully perused the materials available on record. 3.When the matter is taken for hearing today, the learned Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner submits that the matter has been infructuous.
4.Recording the same, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
