O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a writ of mandamus, forbearing the respondents 1 to 4 herein from permitting the respondents 5 to 9 herein to conduct the temple festivals without conducting peace committee meeting with regard to Arulmigu Sri Veramallamman temple situated at Ko.Kamatchipuram, Kattakamanpatty Post, Nelakottai Taluk, Dindigul District based on the petitioner's representation dated 24.08.2019.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner's wife, the fourth respondent referred the matter before the second respondent for conducting peace committee meeting. In this regard, without conducting the peace committee meeting, the second respondent has permitted the respondent Nos.5 to 9 to conduct the temple festival at Arulmigu Sri Veramallamman temple situated at Ko.Kamatchipuram, Kattakamanpatty Post, Nelakottai Taluk, Dindigul District. Hence, the petitioner before this Court.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that on receipt of the complaint of the petitioner's wife, the fourth respondent requested the second respondent to conduct the peace committee meeting, after issuing notice to both the parties by his communication dated 21.08.2019. 4.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and perused the materials available on record. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to conduct the peace committee meeting based on the request made by the fourth respondent dated 21.08.2019 in C.S.R.No.227 of 2019 in respect of conducting temple festival at Arulmigu Sri Veramallamman temple situated at Ko.
Kamatchipuram, Kattakamanpatty Post, Nelakottai Taluk, Dindigul District. It is made clear that till the out come of the peace committee meeting, there shall not be any festival in Arulmigu Sri Veramallamman temple situated at Ko.Kamatchipuram, Kattakamanpatty Post, Nelakottai Taluk, Dindigul District.
6.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
