Prayer :- Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 24-06-2024 passed in I.A.No.10/2024 in RLTOP No.6 of 2021 before the Rent Control Tribunal / Principal District Munsif Court, Tenkasi, by allowing this civil revision petition. ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the earlier order of this Court dated 17/10/2024 and also the requisition letter in D.No.3767/2025, dated 05/05/2025 submitted by the Principal District Judge, Tenkasi, this Court made the following order:
"The learned Principal District Munsif, Tenkasi, has sent a letter requesting extension of a further time to dispose of the case in RLTOP.No.6 of 2021 pursuant to the order of this Court dated 17.10.2024.
