ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to conduct survey of the property situated in Survey No.1141/45 in Devanallur Village, Nanguneri Taluk, Tirunelveli District, by considering his application dated 07.02.2025.

Heard the arguments of Mr.C.Venkatesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.D.S.Nedunchezian, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), who takes notice for the third respondent. By consent of both 2/6
sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. According to the petitioner, the subject property is an ancestral property and patta for the same stands in the name of the petitioner's father in Patta No.920. The petitioner submitted an online application dated 07.02.2025 in application No.2025/N123/29/003380 seeking survey of the subject property. Though the official respondents attempted to survey the property, there was objections by the private respondents and therefore, survey has not been conducted. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.
4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the online application submitted by the petitioner dated 07.02.2025 will be considered on its own merits within the time stipulated by this Court.
5. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the 3/6
online application of the petitioner dated 07.02.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, private respondents 4 to 6 and other interested parties.
6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
