29.07.2022 and accord police protection to the petitioner's life and limb in the process of constructing compound wall in the Sadakathualiah Appa College in the boundary line of S.No.701 in Rahamath Nagar, Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli in view of final order dated 28.04.2022 passed in W.P.(MD)No.13742 of 2010.

ORDER

The writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition to direct the 1 to 3 respondents herein to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 29.07.2022 and accord police protection to the petitioner's life and limb in the process of constructing compound wall in the Sadakathualiah Appa College in the boundary line of S.No.701 in Rahamath Nagar, Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli, in view of final order dated 28.04.2022 passed in W.P.(MD)No.13742 of 2010.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that in view of the rival claim made by the respondents 4 to 2 / 5

6, the second respondent police referred the matter to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Palayamkottai.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the petitioner is directed to produce all the documents pertaining to the claim. The third respondent is also directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 29.07.2022 subject to the result of the enquiry to be conducted by the Revenue Divisional Officer on the request of the respondent police under Section 145 of Cr.P.C. and take suitable action on merits, by considering all the documents to be produced by the petitioner.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
