ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, both the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the crop insurance as prayed by the writ petitioner has been settled to him, hence, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and the petition may be dismissed as infructuous.

2.Recording the submission made by the counsel on either side, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
