ORDER
This petition is filed to quash the FIR registered in Crime No.551 of 2020 dated 28.11.2020, on the file of the first respondent. 2.On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that chargesheet was filed on 24.12.2020 and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.9 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alangulam. 3.In view of the submission made by the prosecution and since the chargesheet was already filed, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.
