Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the the Respondents No.1 to 4 to evict the 5th respondent herein from the shop No.3 and 4 which is situated at Survey No.982/5, 996/3 Kulavanigarpuram Melapalayam Ward, Tirunelveli in the name and style of Sri Ananda Bhavan Hotel and hand over the same to the petitioner and consequently directing the respondents No.1 to 4 to initiate appropriate criminal proceedings against the 5th respondent herein as illegal encroacher within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Honourable Court.
