This Criminal Original petition has been filed to call for the records and quash the proceedings of the FIR in Crime No.810 of 2020 dated 19.08.2020 on the file of the 1st respondent as petitioner's concerned.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the respondents police completed investigation in Crime No.810 of 2020 and also filed final report before the Additional Mahila Court, Thanjavur, and the same has also taken cognizance in CC No.53 of 2021.
