The Writ Petition is directed against the survey notice dated 23.07.2024 issued by the fourth respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The writ petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition before 2/4
