ORDER
This Writ Petition is disposed of at the time of admission after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.1 and 2.
2. This Writ Petition has been filed seeking Mandamus, to direct respondent Nos.1 and 2 to conduct enquiry with regard to misappropriation and maladministration by A.Abdul Hameed as Vice-President of the 3rd respondent Managing Committee by considering petitioner's representation, dated 18.04.2025.
3. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 would submit that there are some procedural irregularities in the representation given by the petitioner for conducting the enquiry on the office bearers. 2/4
4. It is submitted that the above said allegation is only against the Vice President of 3rd respondent Committee, not against any other office bearers.
5. Be that as it may, the petitioner has given a representation, dated 18.04.2025 regarding the alleged misappropriation of funds and for enquiry. Hence, I am inclined to dispose this Writ Petition without expressing any opinion on merits by directing the second respondent to dispose the petitioner's representation, dated 18.04.2025 on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. In the event that any adverse orders are proposed to be passed against third parties, prior notice shall be issued to them, and only thereafter shall such orders be passed.
