ORDER

The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 03.10.2024, made in W.P(MD)No.22790 of 2024, wherein this Court has directed the respondents to promote the petitioner, issue posting orders and confer the seniority at Rank No.3. 2.A perusal of the order passed by the authorities would clearly reveal that the order of this Court has been complied with. However, the grievance of the writ petitioner is that he is not able to choose the department of his choice, because he has been promoted belatedly. This grievance could be redressed by the writ petitioner by way of initiating appropriate proceedings.
