This petition is filed to quash the chargesheet in C.C.No.133 of 2018 on 1/4

the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kuzhithurai, Kanyakumari District.

2.On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that the petitioner is died and the charge against the petitioner is abated and he filed a report was filed to that effect.

3.In view of the submission made by the prosecution, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
