PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to the impugned order in Letter No.B7/11382/2017 (Tiruchirappalli) dated 25.12.2017 passed by the second respondent and quash the same. 1/4

O R D E R

This writ petition is filed challenging the impugned order passed by the second respondent in Letter No.B7/11382/2017 (Tiruchirappalli) dated 25.12.2017.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the show cause notice issued to the petitioner to pay the arrear amount of Rs.5,09,658/-. He further submits that signal was already disconnected and now, the petitioner is not doing the Private Cable TV operator work. Therefore, the petitioner is not ready to pay the amount as claimed by the respondent.

3. In view of the above submission made by the petitioner, if the petitioner is having any grievances to pay the above said amount, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned respondent by way of detailed representation within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt a copy of this order. On receipt of the representation, the 2/4

concerned respondent shall conduct the enquiry and pass appropriate order within a period of six weeks there on. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
