ORDER
The petitioner seeks the issue of mandamus to the second respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 13.03.2012 filed by his father M.Manickam, which the petitioner has sought to be disposed of vide his representation dated 24.05.2024.
2. It is rather unfortunate that an appeal, which has been filed as early as in the year 2012, is yet to reach finality, although 12 years has passed. The appeal has been preferred against the wrong sub-division of S.No.221/3A. Since the petitioner's representation dated 24.05.2024 to the respondents to consider the same and conduct an enquiry in the appeal filed by his father was not considered, the petitioner is before this Court by way of this appeal.
3. In the above circumstances, this Writ Petition is allowed and a mandamus is issued directing the second respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 13.03.2012 filed by the petitioner's father and pass orders
