Mr.P.T.Thiravaim, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.

2. The petitioner has approached this Court to make corrections in the Date of Birth of the petitioner as 09.07.2007 from 08.07.2007 in the mark sheet issued to the petitioner in the Secondary School Leaving Certificate and Higher Secondary Certificate and Transfer Certificate based on the Birth Certificate issued by the fourth respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate for the respondents, on instructions, submits that the petitioner ought to have impleaded the school from where the petitioner has passed out. He has also produced the copy of the communication, dated 26.06.2025 issued by the third respondent to the petitioner asking the petitioner to approach through the concerned 2/5

School.

4. It is noticed that the petitioner has passed out from O.V.C.Higher Secondary School, Manamadurai. The petitioner is therefore directed to submit a suitable representation to the aforesaid school with a request to forward the details as required by the respondents for taking suitable action.

5. Considering the same, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to submit a suitable representation to the School with a copy mark to the official respondents within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the aforesaid school shall forward the requisite documents of the petitioner to the respondents required for effecting such correction within a period of 15 days thereafter. The respondents shall proceed to carry out necessary corrections within a period of 15 days thereafter. No costs.
