ORDER

The petitioner herein is the wife and the respondent herein is the husband. The marriage between the petitioner and the respondent was 1/4

solemnized on 06.06.2008 and out of the wedlock, they are blessed with two children. Due to difference of opinion, both are living separately from the year 2021 onwards. Thereafter, the petitioner filed a petition in H.M.O.P.No.188 of 2021 seeking divorce before the Sub Court, Kovilpatti.

2. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the said divorce petition was filed in the year 2021. The respondent has also entered appearance in the year 2021 itself. However, he is delaying the process of trial, without filing his counter affidavit. Therefore, she prays for early disposal of H.M.O.P.No.188 of 2021.

3. Considering the fact that H.M.O.P.No.188 of 2021 was filed only in the year 2021, this Court directs the Sub Court, Kovilpatti, to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.188 of 2021, within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
