To set aside the impugned order passed in Crl M.P No. 825 of 2021 on the file of the Judicial magistrate court No.1 / Additional District Munsif court, Thanjavur dated 12.01.2022 and direct the Learned Judicial Magistrate to entertain the petitioner.
