Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned staff-fixation fixed by the 3rd respondent herein for the academic year 2016-2017 vide proceedings No.Nil, dated 15.03.2017 and consequential impugned proceedings issued by the 3rd respondent herein vide Na.Ka.No.295/A4/2017, dated 12.12.2017 insofar as the petitioner school is concerned, quash the same and further direct the respondents herein to re-fix the staff strength as per the Full Bench Judgment reported in 2006 (5) CTC 385 within a reasonable time as may be fixed by this Court. [Order of the Court was made by K.RAVICHANDRABAABU, J.] The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous, in view of the subsequent developments. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed.
