ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry without due process of law, on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 31.07.2024.

2. It is seen from the records that the first wife of the petitioner's father, namely, Nallammal has filed a suit in O.S.No.194 of 2016 for partition against the petitioner as well as the third respondent and the same is pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Kulithalai.

3. The main complaint of the petitioner is that on the basis of the complaint lodged by the third respondent, the second respondent has been threatening the petitioner to hand over some documents.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that they are going to close the matter since civil suit is pending.
