This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 05.11.2020.

2. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given a representation dated 05.11.2020, to the respondent, requesting him to appoint the petitioner as Assistant in the Fisheries Department. However, no order has been passed in the said representation till date. Hence, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing this writ petition.

4. Mr.K.P.Narayanakumar, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent and submitted that the representation of the petitioner, dated 05.11.2020, will be considered within a period of eight weeks time.

5. Considering the above said submissions, this Court directs the respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 05.11.2020, on merits and in accordance with law, within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
