ORDER

The petitioner filed this writ petition for a mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to conduct an enquiry as against the fifth respondent herein, based on the petitioner's complaints dated 09.09.2017, 16.11.2017 and 11.12.2017 in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4, based on the written instructions, submitted that a detailed enquiry was conducted on the petitioner's complaints dated 09.09.2017, 16.11.2017 and 11.12.2017, and the fifth respondent N.Senthil Kumar was terminated from service on 31.08.2020 vide proceedings No.880/RDWDA/2010, dated 31.08.2020.
