ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to forthwith pay a sum of Rs.2,99,134/- with interest @ 18% per annum, which is the insurance coverage amount payable to the petitioner within a time frame as stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsels appearing for the respective respondents submitted that the insurance amount has already been paid to the petitioner. 2/4
