The present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed with the following prayer:

"to withdraw the C.C.No.121 of 2025 pending on the file of the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (District Court Campus), Madurai and transfer the same to the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (District Court Campus), Tirunelveli." 2.Mr.T.Selvan, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that on the instructions of his client, he do not want to press this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition, as the matter has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 3.Accordingly, in view of the submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed 2/4

as withdrawn. Interim order, if any, granted stands vacated and the file is consigned to record. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
