ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent to permit the petitioner firm to provide Analogue Signal to its customers, to whom set top box is not provided, until the petitioner's firm provide set top box to all its customers, like similarly placed Multi System Operators from its control room at Pattukkottai Taluk, Thanjavur District.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has now become infructuous. 3.Recording such submission, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
