P RAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned proceedings in letter No.21236/Aa.o. 2/2015-6 dated 16.03.2016 on the file of the second respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the second respondent to provide the arrear amount of Rs.1,02,000/- to the petitioner for th period of 17 months from 17.07.2013 to 01.12.2015 within stipulated time frame fixed by this Court.
