ORDER

The petitioner, seeking police protection, has submitted a representation dated 11.06.2025 to the respondent Police and also filed this writ petition.

2. When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the petitioner seeks police protection as against his own brother. They are not aware of the civil dispute if any pending between the petitioner and his brother. According to him, they have not received any representation of the petitioner dated 11.06.2025.

3. From the records, it appears that the petitioner has not enclosed any proof and acknowledgment for submitting the representation to the respondent Police.

4. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the respondent Police. On 2/4
