ORDER

The present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to withdraw the case in H.M.O.P.No.33 of 2025 on the file of the Family Court, Nagapattinam, and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Pudukkottai District.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that the petition for divorce filed by the respondent/husband in H.M.O.P.No.33 of 2025 on the file of the Family Court, Nagapattinam, was withdrawn by the respondent.

3. Since the petition for divorce filed by the respondent in H.M.O.P.No.33 of 2025 on the file of the Family Court, Nagapattinam, was withdrawn by the respondent, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

4. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected Civil Miscellaneous Petitions is closed.
