ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused No.3, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.196 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 20.09.2015, due to previous motive there was a dispute between the petitioner and the defacto complainant. Keeping 1/4

vengeance, the petitioner way laid the defacto complainant when he was returning home, assaulted the defacto complainant. A case came to be registered and after investigation, the police filed final report and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.152 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai. Since the petitioner is not appearing for trial proceedings, non bailable warrant was issued against him.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioner is unaware of the hearing dates and his absence is not wanton. He further submitted that his marriage is scheduled to be held on 21.08.2023.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the Government Advocate (Crl.side).

5. Let the petitioner appear before the concerned court and get the warrant recalled by setting out all the facts. There is no question of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
