ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The writ petitioner joined the respondent Corporation as Conductor in the year 1990. He had retired on 31.05.2022. This writ petition has been filed for payment of the terminal benefits.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent submitted that what is payable to the writ petitioner shall be paid and settled within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Recording the said submission, I direct the respondent to settle the petitioner's terminal benefits within the aforesaid period. This writ petition is allowed on these terms. No costs.
