ORDER

Present criminal original petition has been filed by the accused No.8 in Cr.No.154 of 2009 on the file of the respondent Police to quash FIR wherein the petitioner is alleged to have committed the offence under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 353 IPC and Sections 2 & 3 of TNPPDL Act.

2.According to the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Radhapuram has closed the FIR in Cr.No.154 of 2009, on 02.06.2026 by invoking Section 187(9) BNSS.

3.In view of the above, no further order is so called for in this criminal original petition and the same stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
