ORDER

This petition is filed seeking quashment of FIR in Crime No.770 of 2021 on the file of the 1st respondent.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that it is a dispute between the close relatives. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that the investigation has been completed and the final report was also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vedasandhur on 10.10.2021.

4.Since the final report has been filed before the concerned Court, quashment of Crime No.770 of 2021 is not possible at this stage. However, a direction is issued to the learned Judicial https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.16148 of 2021 Magistrate, Vedasandhur to process the final report as per rules and if the petitioners are aggrieved by the contents of the final report, they are at liberty to workout their remedy before the appropriate Court through appropriate proceedings. 5.With the aforesaid liberty and direction, this petition stands disposed of as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
