Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court Directing the respondents to consider the petitioners representations dated 18-11-2019 and 1812-2019 and pass orders on merits appointing a special officer to the 3rd Respondent society as per section 34-A of Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act, 1975 to manage the affairs, take action against the misappropriation of funds and also conduct election.
