the respondents herein to carry out appropriate survey and demarcate the boundaries after correcting New Field Map in S.No.452 of Pacode Village, Vilavancode Taluk, Kanyakumari district, corresponding to old Field Map S.No.2376A and consequently issue appropriate Patta, by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 30.11.2017 within a stipulated time fixed by this Court. The petitioner with a grievance that the respondents have not conducted the survey and identify their boundaries has filed this writ petition in the year 2018.

2.Today (26.03.2024), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner has not paid the required fee for survey of his land and therefore, they have not conducted the survey at that relevant point of time. 2/5

3.In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to submit a fresh application in a prescribed format along with the required fee for survey within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such receipt of application, the fourth respondent shall conduct the survey within a period of six weeks from thereon after verifying the records. No costs.
