ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by the Secretary of a Co-operative Society challenging the order passed by the President of the said Society wherein he had been issued an order of dismissal from service. 2.A perusal of the impugned order dated 05.10.2017 reveals that after conducting disciplinary proceedings, an order of dismissal from service has been passed by the President of the said Society. 3.Considering the fact that the appeal/revision remedy is available under Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, the writ petition is not maintainable. Preserving the rights of the writ petitioner, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
